The game, when you finish the annoying registration process, starts off with absolutely no real instructions on what to do to actually start playing. It does have a tutorial, which only gives instructions on HOW to play, which, for people like me who’ve played since they were kids, is not necessary. After mousing over the different icons, you see a «play» option, which looks like the typical arrow pointing right.

Clicking on it gives you options for battling AI trainers, versus, tournament which I never tried and some others which I didn’t try. The biggest problem I have is really the deck editor. You CAN click on an option to view cards csrd don’t own, but I never clicked on it.

This is a giant detractor for people who actually want to make legal decks for standard play. I used to play pokemon in the past, sure, but I have not been keeping up with the latest packs.

Thirdly, the deck editor shows very small cards. There is no tradung to zoom in on a list of cards but rather you must zoom in on each individual pokemin and scroll. Each pack of pokemon cards contain probably around or so cards, so you’ll be scrolling left and right a LOT. It’s retarded. It’s like a brain-dead child video game developer designed this with absolutely no goddamn functionality in mind.

Fourthly, The deck editor’s decks don’t even matter when battling AIs, because you use «themed» decks against. In fact, you can only use your deck against people. Why can’t I simply use my deck against AIs in a story mode? Speaking of which No story mode.
